Trazar Corporation and Tara Technologies
Corporation are pleased to announce that effective February 1, 2008
Tara Technologies designs,
manufactures and tests components and subsystems used in critical
applications for the world’s leading manufacturers in the semiconductor,
aerospace, military, energy and medical markets. Tara is
headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, with manufacturing facilities in
Florida, California, and Singapore, and sales offices and distribution
networks across the US and Asia. Trazar Corporation is a leading manufacturer of RF impedance matching
networks, RF generators, electrostatic chuck power supplies, as well as RF
service and repair for the semiconductor, flat panel display, thin film media
and analytical instrument markets.

The agreement will
be effective February 1, 2008. To assure consistency of product and
continuity of supply, key production and quality employees of Trazar will
join the Tara Technologies team at its facility in
